Improve the basics, horrible navigation.

Needs improving the ux design is dreadful. No back button. Which ever page I navigate to, there is no way to get back to previous page without starting from the begging home page or menu. Please fix, this is basics!

Useless app - doesn't work

New version, same major FAULT. Will talk talk ever create a working service?? Somehow I doubt it as it would mean putting their customers first.... This app really isn't worth downloading. Doesn't work at all. I had a talktalk account years ago, having returned this app only recognises the old account so I can't view my present account at all. Keep getting 'bug fix' updates, but the main bug never gets resolved.

With the app you can't see your boost usage for landline. And the mobile minutes count takes a long time to update.
