App keeps emptying my basket, says I have to book a slot first (which was never the case before), but won't even let me book a slot as my address details are empty and there is no way to add it back!

Needs overhauling

I spend a small fortune with Tesco every week. The delivery service is excellent but this app is terrible. It's clearly made with some kind of framework (Appcelerator?) with some awful design. Can Tesco not afford to develop this properly with Obj-C? The app does some complicated things, but it's as if it's been done without considering how a user thinks. Also, if I'm placing an order for next week why does it matter that the item I want is out of stock now? I expected much better.

Absolutely Infuriating

I just can't understand how a company like Tesco which is looking to bounce back, has online shopping service to do it ..and facilities it with this piece of rubbish, this is the worst commercial application of any kind that I have used ..ever, it's really that bad. I am now deleting it and going to the old school website. As soon as any other retailer in my area delivers and has an app...I'm gone

Absolutely shocking

As previous reviewers have already stated, probably the worse app I have ever come across. The items in the basket disappear. it won't recognise my address despite being having a clubcard, shocking from a big company like Tesco, do they even care
