Impossible to cancel subscription 🥵

I loved the service and thought it was great during lockdown however, they make it very easy for you to set up a subscription but not when wanting to leave. You can only cancel the subscription with a computer (which I don’t have) and when you go through the process to cancel they put in like 5 barriers to stop you from doing so. It’s not user friendly, extremely frustrating & I couldn’t believe how difficult it would be to cancel a card subscription!! 😅

I’ve been using TouchNote for a while now, I find it absolutely brilliant for my needs. I’ve been really happy with every card or postcard I’ve ordered so far. I’ve told so many people about it. Thanks TouchNote for always getting the perfect card to my loved ones on time and looking great!

Longtime user disappointment

Disappointed in the evolution of the app. 1. Less ease of management of addresses & return addresses than in earlier days. 2. Actual card sent was in a format different than originally shown -- type color and salutation layout. 3. Still no way to delete cards from the (wayback!) past. App therefore takes up much too much storage on phone. 4. Getting ready to delete and look for a better solution.
