Great concept, no integrity

The idea of the software is great once you figure out what all the notifications mean. The problem is the descriptions of vehicles are inaccurate. You don't know if the evaluation is done by a trade rev rep or someone from the selling dealer. When you take delivery of a car and it's not right they tell you that you will have to take that up with the selling dealer. Get it together trade rev I would love to do business if I could trust you

Last version wasn't great. This version is even worse. XM trade app is way better. Car selection is better on Traderev. App is bad. Once auction is over car is Gone forever. Why not let us set a car under watchlist so we refer back to it. Then we know if it sold or not. At least before you could search now it's just a mess. Once the auction is over no one knows what happened to the car. Maybe they like that better. Keep everyone in the dark. Even the website is awful now. Why have all the fancy animation. It just slows down the login. Which is now required even though it does an auto login. Then tells you there's no auction so you have to logout and log back in. Only to have the thing take forever because the over the top animation is slowing that process down. Please fix this. Remember SIMPLE IS BETTER!!! Don't over do it.
