East Alternative to Standard Rentals

The app is easy to use but be ready to be charged RIGHT AWAY while browsing. I had no luck securing a rental at ECP Airport & used this app for the first time whilst in line for another rental agency. Found a decent vehicle & selected it to see the price for the duration of use then “DING” there goes a few hundred on the credit card. Great service though & hopefully more hosts will pop-up in this area.

Unacceptable business policies

My passenger and I were put into a very dangerous situation in a faulty vehicle. Further, the host was completely disingenuous in his review, knowing full well he was at fault yet denying any accountability. It cost me hundreds of dollars in missed days of the vehicle rental. I provided ample evidence and Turo’s only response after three tries for a refund was a $50 coupon for my next rental. The problem is, I will never use this service again...so the coupon is worthless. I am currently exploring legal recourse for both Turo and the host.

Never use a Rental Service again!!

What an awesome experience! They pick you right up at your gate at the airport with your car when you land, and then you drop the car off at departures unload and your Turo rep gets in and goes. Such an easy and great experience traveling with a baby. It. Saved so much time than the hassle of typical shuttles and rental services.

Better than Rental Companies

That was the smoothest rental transaction in my life. Everything is pretty much done through the App. I prefer this over dealing with Large Rental Companies any day!

Terrible app

customer service is so horrible they don’t even help you at all, this app manages to steal money from me I’m yet to receive my refund of.. don’t recommend!

Poor customer service

Had a reservation cancellation due to vehicle being sold. Rebooked a similar vehicle at a 25% increase. Not impressed with that but decided to go ahead with it. Had that reservation cancelled by the owner due to “Turo not pricing the vehicle correctly”. Only option to rebook was a different vehicle type at a 100% price increase. No help from Turo corporate at all. Spent an hour on the phone, constantly being put on hold, so the csr could look up reservations on the app that I could have found myself. No willingness to honor the price I originally booked for. None! I gave my number to the csr and was told a manager would contact me. They never called back. There has been no real assistance from Turo in any way. This is a cutting edge idea and I was very excited about using it. However, I’m extremely disappointed in their management and support.
