Fantastic
The service here has been absolutely fantastic. The woman, June,Has helped me and my family already twice this past week in assisting with a move. We are so happy with the service that we have already booked another day in the same place. Honestly this is the best experience I’ve ever had with U-haul. I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else. This has been a very stressful move and honestly renting from here with June has been a tremendous relief. She should be accommodated!!! Thank you again!

Not of much use
I don’t usually write reviews, but this app’s futility strongly warranted one. Bad UX, doesn’t let you sign up, doesn’t let you pickup trucks that you reserved, telling you “unable to connect” on a 90 Mbps network. What’s the point of this app then? I’m very unhappy with this app.

The worst! Don’t use the app!
I thought using the app would save me time. Instead I wasted hours trying to provide info via a super slow chat which kept giving me problems and which the store employee could have done in a few minutes. Few hours wasted vs what could have been minutes. You’ve been warned.

Old fashion application
The usage of that app get me always a pain. It requires to log into the app every time you open it, and again when you're moved into the web app to do the actual rent. Better to open the web page directly in the web browser.
