Nobody online to speak to.

After going to the trouble to verify with UPMC over the phone that they would accept my medicaid program, downloading this app, and registering an account... there was not a single person online that I could speak to. Every doctor, support line, etc. was listed as offline. It's 2 PM on a Wednesday afternoon. I love this idea but it is worthless if there is nobody on the other end even during standard business hours.
