IPad version discontinued. Replaced with this version

For some reason, Vectra discontinued the iPad version of their banking app. It worked perfectly fine. It has been replaced with the “smartphone “ version which works fine on my iPhone. However, it does not work well on my iPad. The format on the iPad is only horizontal, so you have to turn your iPad vertical to use the app. Why? The bank’s web browser banking application on a mobile device is clunky and barely useable. It’s basically the PC version transferred to a mobile web browser- tiny font, etc etc. I really wish the bank would get their customer facing technology together.

Ignorant stupid dumbass

I recently opened an account ONLINE with Vectra Bank. My advice, do not open up an account ONLINE with Vectra bank. Nearly 3 weeks later, I’m still waiting for my debit card. I was told, after waiting 2 days for a representative to call me back, that it was mailed out 7 days ago and I’m STILL WAITING. Where is it????? They tell you 4 to 5 business days so where is it? I don’t want to deposit anymore money into my account as a matter of fact I want to pull my money out and possibly go somewhere else as I’m afraid if I’m fact they are telling me the truth they sent my debit card and PIN number information to a different address. Good luck with this blimey Vectra bank.

Excellent Bank

I have been with Vectra for 7 years. They have been an excellent bank to work with. I have started with their in-bank depository system but quickly graduated to their mobile banking system. Mobile deposit means I haven’t made the trek to the bank for any purpose other than to open a 2nd account. I just wish that the Mobile app was more flexible and able to provide the same information as their online banking system.
