Can't get past the first step 🙄

Will not scan my card. Good start! I see that I'm not alone either. Fix it Waitrose!

Failed at the first hurdle

After installing (twice) on my newish iPhone 7, the app wouldn't even scan my Waitrose card or keyfob, so unable to register. Not cross, just very disappointed - I expected better from this brand. Knowingly undersold? One thing I am cross about is every time I choose a nickname for this review, it's always taken, chucks me out and I have to begin all over again. 5 times now.

Doesn't work!!

Like others have said, I've downloaded it twice and it never gets past the 'scan your waitrose card' section! The camera opens then app crashes and sticks at the opening page, very poor Waitrose!
