Cannot enter date of birth. Unable to login in app but can login online

Cant press anything on app

Registered on the website then got an confirmation email to confirm my resgistration. Downloaded the app, disappointed as i cant press basic stuff like nric to confirm my member card. i think i would go to the stores instead and register again to get my card.

If I can give negative stars, I would. Navigation is no good, and the online shopping feature takes forever to load. Pls improve.
