Does its job but can be better

This app works well when you want to see your banking information. And has features like mobile deposit. We're it falls short and is aggravating to me is that you can set up a pin code to log into your account much faster but it NEVER works! It makes you wait for 20-30 seconds and then every single time it says it "temporarily" cannot log me in using that method and then I have to type in my password which is very complex and long. I want easy and fast and reliable use. Don't have a feature just to have it and then it doesn't work. Also most banking apps have adapted Touch ID which would be perfect for this app. Developers please have Touch ID on the next release please! It will make every users life much easier.

Please Fix!!

Can you please update this app so we are able to type in our username and password? It's really annoying when I would like to check my account on my phone but can't since it won't work!!!

Has been broken for years

for over a year now it lets me log in then the security questions are my first and last name and my birthday so I know I am entering the right answers and then it just says its unable to process right now. So I switched to visa simple debit.

App freezes, can't get in

I'm having the same issue - the login screen freezes and makes it impossible to use the app at all. Deleting, restarting, and reinstalling do not help. Update - still not fixed!! You guys need to fix this. This app is useless right now!

Doesn't work

Worked fine for a little bit, but now it freezes as soon as it is opened. Pretty inconvenient.
