Totally disappointed

Is that too difficult to update this app? You get payed for subscription, why you not motivated to make your service better? If I'm not near my computer - I'm not able to use your service. Web version or app works awful. I was waiting for a long time for any updates and now I see its time to delete it.

Useless

I use XSC to handle Amazon messages and I can't apply any of my custom filters from this app. Being that the standard message views are terrible, the filters are the only thing that make XSC usable. Without those, there is no point in using this app. I've never installed and then deleted an app so quickly in my life.

Discontinued support for this platform

I'm a power-seller on EBay. I do even more business on Amazon. I use the web-based platform of this software daily. 3 months ago I contacted xsellco support regarding the numerous issues I encountered using both the mobile-web platform and the iOS-app platform (inability to assign, continual errors, inability to reply and leave open, no internal notes function) and was immediately advised that all I needed to do to use all these features would be to log in! Well, obviously I wouldn't have contacted them if that were the case. I was subsequently informed that by the same support agent that he had misinformed me. Apologies ensued for the brokenness. No changes have been made since, despite multiple iOS releases (9.3.4, 9.3.5, 10.0, 10.0.1, 10.0.2). Life would be so much simpler if you actually GOT TO USE what you pay for with the subscription to this software. Currently, if you want to use it (and I must admit it has made running the CRM side very much easier) you'll have to use a computer, not a handheld. If the dev team were working on this, there would be updates. Sadly, there have been none. It's broken. Try it and be frustrated, too. Just stay on your computer, don't expect to be able to log on with any iPad or tablet or phone.
AVFoundation
The AV Foundation framework provides an Objective-C interface for managing and playing audio-visual media in iOS and OS X applications.
CFNetwork
Access network services and handle changes in network configurations. Build on abstractions of network protocols to simplify tasks such as working with BSD sockets, administering HTTP and FTP servers, and managing Bonjour services.
Core Foundation Framework
Core Foundation is a framework that provides fundamental software services useful to application services, application environments, and to applications themselves. Core Foundation also provides abstractions for common data types, facilitates internationalization with Unicode string storage, and offers a suite of utilities such as plug-in support, XML property lists, URL resource access, and preferences.
Core Location Framework
The Core Location framework lets you determine the current location or heading associated with a device. The framework uses the available hardware to determine the user’s position and heading. You use the classes and protocols in this framework to configure and schedule the delivery of location and heading events. You can also use it to define geographic regions and monitor when the user crosses the boundaries of those regions. In iOS, you can also define a region around a Bluetooth beacon.
Core Telephony Framework
Use the Core Telephony framework to obtain information about a user’s home cellular service provider—that is, the provider with whom the user has an account. Carriers can use this information to write applications that provide services only for their own subscribers. You can also use this framework to obtain information about current cellular calls.
Foundation Framework
The Foundation framework provides a base layer of functionality for apps and frameworks, including data storage and persistence, text processing, date and time calculations, sorting and filtering, and networking. The classes, protocols, and data types defined by Foundation are used throughout the macOS, iOS, watchOS, and tvOS SDKs.
MobileCoreServices

ImageKit provides user interface support for browsing, editing, and saving images, showing slideshows, and browsing and previewing Core Image filters. PDFKit is a technology that allows applications to display and manipulate PDF documents.
UIKit
The UIKit framework (UIKit.framework) provides the crucial infrastructure needed to construct and manage iOS apps. This framework provides the window and view architecture needed to manage an app’s user interface, the event handling infrastructure needed to respond to user input, and the app model needed to drive the main run loop and interact with the system.
WebKit
WebKit provides a set of classes to display web content in windows, and implements browser features such as following links when clicked by the user, managing a back-forward list, and managing a history of pages recently visited.
