Terrible app..

The AGL app always has problems wether it’s not been updated? I can never see my bills or one day my bill is there the next day it’s gone. I looked on my app one day to see how much my gas bill would be it was estimated at $6 million dollars for the 2 mth period for a household imagine my shock.. I click on to see my usage so far and the estimate is way below what my bill shows when it comes a day or two later all I can say is not very accurate and don’t rely on this AGL app.

View PDF option now hidden

Since the recent upgrade the “view PDF” option is hidden under the “make a payment” option. It is necessary to scroll up to display it.....this means some users will have difficulty finding the view PDF option

Great app

Useful tool, but could do with a few additions like being able to see part payments already made throughout the month. Otherwise a very easy and great tool to manage your utilities and budget properly.

App is ok

For straight forward payments and to view bills, it is great. I tried using the chat function which was a waste of time. I think there needs to be an easy way of submitting an enquiry about large bills or any other concerns you might have.

Tracking my usage

This app does not work I have not got a daily usage for over 3 months and no one wants to help fix, very poor

Core Location Framework

Launch Services
