Abysmal
Truly the most unhelpful and frustrating app. It gives results which are not consistent with search criteria and stupidly ordered. If anyone wants to discourage the use of public transport then this is the way to do it. And even worse to realise it is public money which was wasted to create it. FAIL!!!!

It works... Barely
The bad: the trip planner is slow to load & the search brings up partial-word matches while leaving perfect matches at the bottom of the list. No ability to use GPS location for route planning or on the map. Pricing does not show cash prices. The good: it's better than nothing

Too slow
The app takes forever to open and when you go on to the journey planner or the Real Time board, it runs really slow and takes too much time to refresh as well :(

Bring back Choosing Destination From A Map! (Not Just Addresses)
I loved using the previous 'native' version of this app before they replaced it with what now feels like a webapp.
1. Very superficial, but it didn't have to load from the net every time I started it up. But now it's essentially the website on my home screen.
2. Much more importantly, the previous version supported choosing your desired location by pinning the area on a map which popped up. Not anymore, for some baffling reason. What happens if I can't remember the address?
Please guys! Make this a native app like it used to be, and add the lost feature above. First issue is largely cosmetic, so at least the second one! 🙏

Somehow made a poor app worse
This "update" has made the app so much worse. Functionality has been reduced, and it still does not scale to bigger screen sizes. It has been over two years since Apple have made phones with bigger screens and higher resolutions so this is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. If anyone is looking for an alternative, I would recommend the Kiwi Transit app. It is everything the AT app should be.
