Not fit for purpose app

This CU app is rubbish. 1) Does not support Touch ID 2) Does not let you log in until you physically update 3) Slow logging 4)Slow in processing simple transfers e.g. CHK TO SAV 5)Often times you have to delete and reinstall Think there's no value added in this day and age of technology

Not Happy

Use to be able to login, do what I needed to do within a reasonable amount of time. Well, not anymore, takes forever just to login, then moving around within the app takes forever! What is going on? I have to be on wifi in order to even be able to login. Can't do mobile banking while out on the go. Please fix these issues!!

App is always not working

System is unavailable most of the time and is super frustrating. When it works, it works great but I can't see my car loan on the accounts so I still have to go to the regular webpage to pay that so it's kind of inconvenient. Fix that glitch of always being unavailable please!

Nothing Special at all....When it works

5-17-17: Won't/Can't login through the cell network. Just spins and spins and spins and spins and spins and spins. Will login through wifi. Wish I could do negative 10 stars. I'd use this app to check on my balances, but now it doesn't or can't log in half the time. App itself doesn't offer much at all. It's pretty disappointing!!! I guess when you spend your money on sponsoring events throughout town, it doesn't leave much for designing or redesigning the app you want your customers to use. Although, the lack of effort to make this a useful app could be an indication that Bellco has zero interest in its customers using the app. Make it like junk and keep it junk and hope your customers use the website.

Needs password mgr integration or TouchID

This app has long been one of the worst on my iPhone. It stays only because I value my relationship with Bellco. Removing the non-user friendly requirement to enter my TellerPhone PIN concatenated with the password is a start, but certainly doesn't even begin to bring this app in line with best practices.
