Phone App

Hi I have the Lottoland App on my iPhone- which has been gr8. However i have been purchasing from the App and find it difficult now: 1. There is no shopping cart- so that i can review what i am purchasing or the Lottos I am about to purchase. 2. I would like to play multiple lottos and only have the one transaction; as i am hit with banking fees for purchasing one lotto; 3. Your phone App only allows for purchasing one lotto at a time. 4. However, the WWW is fine for purchasing multiple lottos; but your phone App only allows one lotto purchase at a time. 5. I have selected Lottolands Promo Bonus Codes; when sent to me in an email; but the Promo Code does not transfer to when I purchase it. When i enter the Promo code it rejects it. Pls explain a bit more about Promo codes and/or if we have to self type these codes in. 6. I'll just stick with your www to save all the dramas- at least i can see the multiple games i want to purchase and not hit with banking fees using the phone app. 7. Your notices about Tatts Lotto is GR8!! A bit of competition is good!!! I live in Qld and i joined another national lotto some years ago and the nanny State advised all resident QLDRS that we were only to use the QLD State run lotteries- WTF@#*!! 8. Love ur www not the phone app atm!!

Not the best design

I have grown to like Lottoland. Playing Australian lotteries is cheaper and the jackpots can be bigger. International jackpots are at insane prices but the so are the jackpots. The are some bad things: Their email system is dodgy. Sometimes it emails you your numbers, sometimes it doesn't. There's is an international purchase fee using a credit card and PayPal is not available through this app. I use the website to make purchases leaving this app just for a convenient way to check results. This app needs work, I hope it gets it.
