No Scan

Can't scan ticket!! WTH?!?! This is supposed to be for convenience. It's not. I think you need to work on it some more.

Waste of time

This app is so bad it makes me want to NOT buy lottery tickets because it is so frustrating trying to scan tickets. Every other app in the app store that scans codes automatically finds and scans the QR code perfectly...but this app is a multi step process to frustration ultimately requiring you either look at the numbers on all your tickets manually and possibly miss one, type in a very long serial number, or have to drive to a retailer to check the ticket. Here is an idea for a better app. Throw away the existing app and start from scratch and don't pay a 10 year old to write the next one...or maybe that's what you need to do if you can't find a real developer that can use the provided API's to make this extremely simple app function perfecly. It can't take more than an hour or two to make an app that works great.

Actually, Iowa lottery should get a more responsive app company, and redo the whole thing. You'd think with the millions of voluntary tax dollars ("plays"), Iowa Lottery could build a better app. The scanner could automatically read QR code, instead of antiquated "take a picture" method. And then actually tell you what you won, if you beat the lousy odds. It just says "winner", then you must go look at numbers manually anyway... Not automation...extra step.

And then actually tell you what you won, if you beat the lousy odds. It just says "winner", then you must go look at numbers manually anyway... Not automation...extra step.

Ok app.

I had to delete the app and re-download it to get it to connect to your servers. FYI. Wish the scanner automatically read QR code like the Walgreens app does.
