- See recent transactions and check your balances
- Make payments to your payees
- Find your nearest Post Office branch or cash machine
- Call our customer services team direct from the app to speak to an advisor

How to register

Our app is free to download and easy to use. To get up and running, all you need to do is:

1. Make sure that you have activated your Online Banking
2. Download the app
3. Register using your User ID and 6-digit PIN (same as Online Banking)
4. Once you’ve registered, all you’ll need is your 6-digit PIN to log in

If you’re not yet using Online Banking please call our customer service team on 0845 266 8977 who will be able to help get you started.

We won’t charge you for using this app but your mobile operator may charge you for some services such as data exchange, so please check with them.

Useless

Opened a savings account last week. Got online banking details in the post. Letter states that I can download the Post Office Money Credit app to manage my account. It seem that app does not exist!! This app is no good as it is only for a current account, which I don't have. So why send a letter telling me I can install an app that doesn't exist? And why have a banking app that you can only view your current account on? Even fir current account holders that would be pretty useless if they had a savings account too. App developers for the Post Office, look at what other banks offer and at least try to match the best of them instead of giving us this half arsed excuse for an app!

No online saver app

Looking at all of the reviews back to 2015, it's now 2017 and there still is no app support for online saver! Really? I suppose as it's so awkward to login on my phone that I don't transfer the money out so much...must be a good thing!?!

Poor - so much missing functionality

Compared to other bank apps its extremely poor. No use of Touch ID to log in Can't see available funds just balance. The whole process for this bank has far too many PINS etc.
