It Works

Added another star because Touch ID seems to be working now. This app does it's job.

Glad for app but buggy

I'm happy to be able to make mobile deposits and check balances but about half the time I get an error message when depositing checks. It doesn't say what the error is. I usually just retake the photo a time or two (which all have the same clarity and capture the same info, so I don't know what the difference is or why some photos are rejected) it will eventually accept the new photo but this is a real time waster. The other problem that occurs when it rejects a check photo is that the form loses your original info keyed in and deposit reverts to the default account the deposit goes to-which is the share account- and honestly, who makes regular deposits to their share account? It's very irritating when a deposit accidentally goes to a share account! Especially because the whole share account concept is the only confusing or irritating thing about dealing with the credit union as opposed to a bank.

App is good

I use this app all the time. The only problem I've ever had with it was when I accidentally deposited my check into my savings account instead of my checking account; but, RCU made sure I did not overdraft. And anyway that was my mistake. Thanks, RCU, you are the best bank ever.

Okay app should add Touch ID

It's an okay app works then it wants but it's hard to get into when you're in a hurry since you need to enter your password every time. If they added Touch ID would make it easier.

Touch ID Not Working

Every time I try to login with Touch ID it won't recognize my fingerprint and I have to manually enter my password. The BofA app doesn't have this problem. Other than that this app is ok.

Terrible technology

One touch doesnt work.. One touch keeps cycling through and threatens to lock me out. Turns out it works if i remove my finger but only if i guess the right time to move. cant find a copy of an ebill in billpay. Have to use full site for most things. Useless app, great bank.
