Used to be helpful, but...

Ever since the new update (which I believe was in April), the app no longer is accessible. This app was extremely useful and helpful; I am very disappointed that the new update doesn't allow my phone to access my account. Hopefully a patch or an update will come out soon in order to fix this problem.

New update doesn't work.

Ever since the newest update I've rarely been able to open the app, crashes often, and when it does open up the log in screen it won't actually log in, just looks like it's loading and crashes again. The TDECU app has always had issues but this makes it unable to use.

i can't even open my app now, since the update. even with touch id. what's the point of having the app if i can't use it??

What happened?

This app used to work perfectly, now with the addition of Touch ID it never even opens. Touch ID is great and I'm glad for it, but it's worthless if I can't even see my accounts.

Went downhill after update

Used to work great and was super fast, now every time I open the app it slows my phone down!! And it never even lets me see my statements!
