Poor security features

There is no multi-factor authentication option and no alerts for transactions based on certain limits without disallowing the transaction altogether. Credit Card transactions are the least secure.

Big backward steps

I use keeper and 1Password and have complex long passwords and now can’t use either to paste into the app. Totally useless I have now deleted

No way to manage multiple profiles

The phone app is locked to the first profile you register with, so you can’t log out and log back in with a different profile. This means I can’t manage both my kids’ accounts. The app works fine for one kid, but for the other kid I have to use something else. For some reason the iPad app is different and allows me to switch users. Would be a useful feature on the phone app too.

So many prompts and notifications to for things that are irrelevant and over engineered This app needs to be simple and smooth instead of having to exit out of so many different needless menus Plus could be visually better
